Urge Speaker Richard to assign House Bill 1683 to the Public Safety Committee
HB 1683 is the death-penalty study and execution moratorium bill introduced by Rep Bill Deeken (R) and has broad bi-partisan sponsorship. It can’t move forward unless it is assigned to a committee.
