[ April 5, 2008; ] Moratorium Lobby Day
The Moratorium Now! Lobby Day brought about 150 to the State Capitol. Thanks to the ACLU, St. Louis had a free bus. Joe Amrine, Missouri’s first exonerated from death row, was the speaker.
